Impossible Seafood Pie

Ingredients

• 1 can (4 1/2oz) shrimp, well-drained
• 1 cup shredded process sharp american cheese
• 1 pkg (3oz) cream cheese, cut into 1/4" cubes
• 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup Bisquick
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 tsp salt
• Dash of nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400.

Lightly grease pie plate 10x1 1/2".

Mix shrimp, cheeses and onion in pie plate.

Beat remaining ingredients until smooth - 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 min with hand beater. Pour into pie plate.

Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean - 35-40 Minutes

Let stand 5 minutes before serving
