RASPBERRY JAM

Ingredients

  • 4 cups raspberries
  • 4 cups granulated sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Place raspberries in large pot. Using potato masher, mash well. Stir on medium heat until it comes to a boil. Boil rapidly for 2 minutes.

Add sugar. Return to a boil, stirring continually. Boil rapidly 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Beat with electric mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into hot sterilized jars to within 1/4 inch of top. Seal.
