Fresh Fruit Tray with Butterscotch Dip

  • Strawberries
  • Pears
  • Peaches
  • Kiwi
  • Orange sections
  • Melons
  • 1 package cream chesse, softened
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch ice cream topping
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Strawberries: Make fanned berries by slicing them up to the hull with the egg slicer and spreading the slices. Or hull berries using tomato corer; leave whole.
Pears: Wedge perfect pear slices with the apple wedger.
Peaches: Cut fruit in half using garnisher; remove pit. Slice into smaller wedges.
Kiwi: Slice fresh using the egg slicer.
Melons: Scoop melon balls with the small stainless steel scoop. V-cut cantalope to use as a serving bowl for dip.
Butterscotch dip: Comnine all dip ingredients in batter bowl; cream with bamboo spoon until smooth. Chill. Fill center of V-cut melon with dip before serving with fruit on platter.
