Ingredients
- 1 3 lbs. chicken
- 1 red onion
- ½ Chinese cabbage
- 1 small red pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- ¼ teaspoon basil
- ¼ teaspoon parsley
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Take the skin off the chicken and cut in pieces.
2. Clean and cut all vegetables.
3. Saute the vegetables in the warm olive oil, and add pieces of chicken.
4. Add spices and cook an extra 5 minutes.
5. Serve over white rice. Four persons.
