Slaw*

Ingredients

  • large green pepper, chopped fine:
  • 1 head cabbage, chopped very fine
  • Soak for 1 hour in salt water, to cover
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • cup water:

Preparation

Step 1

Bring the sauce to a boil, and cook for 3 minutes. Let cool and add to drained cabbage mixture.
