Ingredients
- large green pepper, chopped fine:
- 1 head cabbage, chopped very fine
- Soak for 1 hour in salt water, to cover
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- cup water:
Preparation
Step 1
Bring the sauce to a boil, and cook for 3 minutes. Let cool and add to drained cabbage mixture.
