Kapha:
Pitta: Cardamom cools your system and is anti-inflamatory, anti-viral, and anti-bacterial.
Vata: gets digestive fire going, and is anti-inflamatory, anti-viral, and anti-bacterial.

Place sesame oil into mouth and swish it around building up to 20 minutes per day. Spit out thru teeth. This mixes with your saliva and takes out the toxins in your body.
