Ingredients
- 6 cups kale
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cucumber – diced small
- 1 lime
- 3-4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 Tbsp. agave nectar
Preparation
Step 1
Cut up kale into bite size pieces and place in a bowl. Add the carrots and cucumbers. Squeeze the juice of one lime with a reamer, onto the salad and add the olive oil and Agave Nectar.
Massage gently until all kale pieces are coated.
