Ingredients
- 2 pkgs yeast (4 1/2 tsp)
- 1/4 C water
- 1 1/4 C milk
- 2 T butter
- 3 1/2 T sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 + C bread flour

- Filling
- 2 T butter, melted
- 1/2 C sugar + 4 tsp cinnamon
- ------------------------
- Frosting
- 1 1/2 C powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 T butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Enough milk to make it spreadable
Preparation
Step 1
- Combine water, milk, sugar, salt and heat to 120 - 125 degrees
- Combine yeast and 2 1/2 C flour; add warmed mixture and beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 min.
- Add additional flour until dough clings to hook; knead 5 min.
- Rest dough, covered for 5 min.
- Roll out dough to 12 X 15 in rectangle; spread with melted butter; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
- Roll up starting at the 12" end; cut into 12 slices and place in greased pan; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight
- Remove rolls from fridge while oven heats to 375°; bake 20 min until lightly browned
- Combine frosting ingredients and spread after roll are slightly cooled
