Pasta Salad (Elizabeth)


A nice cool salad for the summer, using whatever fresh ingredients are on hand.

  • Cooked pasta (penne or rotini works well)
  • Chopped vegetables, such as rainbow peppers, celery, green onions, red onion, tomato, cucumber, broccoli, etc.
  • Dressing, such as Cucumber Dill, Italian Garden Vegetable, Ranch, Caesar, Creamy Cucumber, &/or a mixture of Miracle Whip, vinegar and sugar
  • Fresh dill (lots!)

Cooking time 30mins


Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, preferably several hours before serving. Pasta should be slightly undercooked and mixture should be quite 'sloppy' (unless serving right away), as the excess moisture will be absorbed as it sits.
