Bananas in Cointreau Caramel

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup light cream
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons Cointreau liqueur
- 4 bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- Plain yogurt, for serving

Step 1
Combine the brown sugar, cream and butter in a saucepan. Stir over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer, stirring, for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in the Cointreau. Add the bananas and gently stir until they are coated.
Divide among individual serving bowls and sprinkle with the chopped pecans. Serve with yogurt.
