Carol's Cheese Ball

From Carol at Cargill. Once you start eating this you can't stop. I often will use Neufatchel Cheese and then use this as a dip instead of a ball.

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons minced onion
- 1/4 c. diced green pepper
- 1 can (8.5 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 Tbsp Lawry's seasoning salt
- 2 c shopped pecans, divided
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together onion, seasoning salt, green pepper, pineapple, and 1 c. chopped pecans. Mix together with cream cheese until well mixed. Chill until firm. roll in remaining 1 c. of pecans and serve. (If you plan to freeze the cheese ball before using do not roll in pecans until it has thawed.)
