Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 6 (6-inch) white pita rounds, cut in half
- 6 provolone cheese slices, cut in half
- 1 pound thinly sliced deli turkey breast
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and basil.
2. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly in each pita half. Line each pita half with cheese. Arrange turkey evenly over cheese. Top turkey evenly with peppers. Cut each pita in half. Serve immediately.
