  • combine 3 c berries or apples or peaches, 2 t lemon juice & 4 T brown sugar.Stir in 3 T flour and let sit.



Step 1

Unroll 2 pkg pie crust. Uaing a 4 1/2 " cutter, cut 4 rounds from each sheet. reroll craps and cout out 4 additional circles. Fill each circle with a heaping tablespoon of fruit. Fold the dough ove the filling and gently pinch edges to seal . Brush with egg and spring with sugar.

Bake at 350 for apx 20 minutes
