Ingredients
- 1/4 c packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c bourbon
- 1/4 c spicy brown mustard
- 1 teas ground chipotle chile pepper
- 4 6 oz salmon fillets
- 1/2 teas salt and pepper
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish
Add salmon, gently turning to coat
Let stand for 10 minutes
Place salmon on a slightly greased aluminum foil-lined broiler pan, reserving marinade.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Pour marinade over salmon
Broil 5 inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes
Fish flakes with fork
