lbs of butterflied shrimp
tbs. olive oil
Arrange 1 1/2-2 lbs of butterflied shrimp in a large baking dish. Chop 2-3 garlic cloves and 4-5 parsley sprigs. Sprinkle over shrimp with salt, pepper and 3-4 tbs. olive oil. Bake at 400°for 8-10 min.
