Chana Chaat is one such awesome chaat which is very simple to prepare, fresh and refreshing to eat. It is a dish that is very flavourful.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups boiled kabuli chana (chickpeas)
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 green chili finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a bowl or a large plate take the boiled chana.

2. Add chopped tomatoes, onions & green chili to it.

3. Add all dry spices powder & salt.

4. Mix the entire mixture well.

5. Add lime juice to the chaat.

6. Chaat is ready.

7. Garnish it with onions, coriander & mint leaves.

8. Serve instantly.
