Ingredients
- 4 oz salmon
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Coat both sides of fish in mixture and marinate
for at least 2 hours... or you can make this dish
in the morning and put in the refrigerator to
marinate until dinner. Grill or broil until salmon
is flaky, but not dry, about 3 minutes per side.
