Ingredients
- ∙ 2 tablespoons butter
- ∙ 1 cup chopped onion
- ∙ 2 pounds ground beef, crumbled
- ∙ salt and pepper
- BARBEQUE SAUCE
- ∙ 1 cup ketchup
- ∙ 1/2 cup water
- ∙ 2 tablespoons sugar
- ∙ 2 tablespoons mustard
- ∙ 2 tablespoons vinegar
- ∙ 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Heat butter in a large skillet; add onion and cook until transparent. Stir in the crumbled ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. When meat is browned, add sauce.
Simmer slowly for at least 15 minutes. Serve on buns. (4-6 servings)
