• 3 1 oz squares white chocolate
• 3 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
• 1/4 cup softened butter
• 4 tb water
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

in a large bowl heat chocolate over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted, cool to lukewarm
in a medium bowl and at medium speed combine melted chocolate, sugar, butter, water and vanilla
beat until smooth and of spreading consistency
