Ingredients
- 1 bottle Two-Step Green Chili Stew ( H.E.B.)
- 1 Bag Fully Cooked Chicken Fajitas (thighs or breasts)
- 1 bag (10-lloz.) Tortilla Chips
- 1 bag Shredded Cheddar or Mexican Blend Cheese
- Pico de Gallo and Sour Cream for Garnish
Preparation
Step 1
1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl mix together chicken, chips, and Two-Step Green Chili Stew.
2.Spread evenly in a 9x13 pan and top with shredded cheese. Cover with foil.
3.Bake for 30 minutes till cheese is melted and edges are bubbling.
