Ingredients

  • Ina blender , puree 4 c frozen mango cubes or banana, 2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt and 1 c oJ. Divide mixture among 24 molds or small plastic cups,,,,,filling only halfway.

  • In the same blender pree 4 cups strawberries or pineapple, 2 c lowfat vanilla and 1 c OJ. divide among the half filled cups, freeze 4-6 hours
