Parmesan Fish Fillets

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. white fish fillets (such as sole, cod, snapper, or tilapia)
- 1/4 cup egg substitute (equal to 1 egg)
- 4 lemon wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Mix well. Dip fish in egg, and then coat with bread crumb mixture. Arrange on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
