Ingredients
- 1 C. heavy whipping cream
- 1 C. whole milk
- 22 oz. best-quality bittersweet
- chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/2 C. brandy
- Dipping treats of your choice
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, scald cream and milk by bringing just to a simmer. Immediately remove from heat and stir in chocolate until it melts completely. Add brandy and serve with your favorite dipping treats: long stemmed strawberries, marshmallows,
candied orange peel, sliced bananas or pieces of toasted sweet breads.
