Ingredients
- 4 C. fresh cranberries, sorted and washed
- 1 T. orange zest
- 1 T. lemon zest
- 1 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. water
- 1/4 C. Grand Marnier liqueur
- 1 C. walnuts, chopped and toasted
Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients except walnuts, and cook, stirring until cranberries burst open and soften. Transfer to serving dish and chill until compote has jelled. Stir in walnuts just before serving.
