Black Bean and Chile Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (11 oz) niblets corn, drained
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped chiles
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp oil
- salt and pep

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mash the black beans. Add corn, chiles, rice, cornmeal, onion and garlic powders. Form mixture into 4 large burgers. Salt and pep burgs and cook in hot oil. over med heat until a brown crust forms, turn and cook on other side.
