Mini Apple Crostatas

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust 15 oz
  • 1 large baking apple peeled and cored and thickly sliced (about 2 cups)
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 8 tsp caramel flavored toppings

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 425 degrees
Unroll pie crust and cut into 4 5 inch circles
And put on parchment paper
In a medium bowl, mix sugar, and cinnamon. Toss apple slices into sugar mixture. Divide apple slices evenly onto center of each pie crust round, fold ½ inch of pie crust over filling, pinching slightly so that crust lays over apples.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and apple slices are tender. Drizzle topping over each crostata. If desired serve with ice cream
