Sweet & Spicy Jerk Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 racks pork baby back ribs (abt 4-1/2LBS0
  • 3 TBL olive oil
  • 1/3 C caribbean jerk seasoning
  • 3 C honey barbecue sauce
  • 3 TBL apricot preserves
  • 2 TBL honey

Preparation

Step 1

cut ribs into serving-size pieces
brush w/ oil & rub w/ jerk seasoning
place in 5 or 6 QT slow cooker
combine remaining ingredients
pour over ribs

cover & cook on low for 6-8 hrs or until meat is tender
skim fat from sauce before serving
