Crab Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 7 1/2 oz can crab meat
• 1 small onion minced
• 4 tblsp chopped green pepper
• 3 tblsp mayo
• dash of pepper
• salt to taste
• 12 english muffins
• tomatoe slices

Preparation

Step 1

1. Toast muffin halves
2. Place slice of tomatoe & mixture on top
3. Sprinkle with grated cheese
4. Broil until brown
