POPOVERS

Ingredients

  • ∙ 1 cup flour
  • ∙ 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • ∙ 2 unbeaten eggs
  • ∙ 1 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Beat all ingredients until well mixed with a fork or eggbeater. Thoroughly grease a popover pan or 6 custard cups, including outsides of cup rims. Fill half full and bake at 450* for 25 minutes or 400* for 30 minutes.
