Ingredients
- The goodies:
- 1 banana (probably better frozen, but I didn’t have any)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon*
- 1 pitted date
- 6 almonds
- large handful of spinach
- ice cubes as needed
- Yield: 1-2 servings

Step 1
Directions: Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well. You can even add a few more dashes of cinnamon to the top, because cinnamon has a vast list of health benefits.
