Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut up
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. In saucepan of boiling salted water, cook cauliflower and garlic until tender. About 10 minutes.
2. Drain and return to pot and cook for 1 minute to dry out.
3. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
