Cole Slaw - Tangy Mustard Slaw

Ingredients

  • 7 cups shredded green cabbage (about 1/2 head)
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. whole-grain mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/8 tea. salt
  • 1/8 tea. pepper
  • 1/8 tea. ground red pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first3 ingredients in a large bowl.

In small bowl, combined dressing ingredients; stir well with a whisk.

Add dressing to cabbage and toss well to coat. Cover and chill 20 minutes. Stir before serving.
