Pear Crisp

  • 1/2 C uncooked oatmeal
  • 1/4 C brown sugar
  • 2 T flour
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. cinnamon
  • 2 T cold butter
  • 3 medium Anjou pears, sliced
  • 2 T lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl, cut in butter
3. Combine pears and lemon juice, toss well.
4. Spoon Pear mixture into 9 in pie plate coated with cooking spray.
5. Sprinkle oat mixture over pear mixture.
6. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min.
