Yogurt Cake

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 1 Box Super Moist white cake mix
• 2- 6 oz strawberry yogurts
• 3/4 C water
• 1/2 C applesauce
• 3 egg whites (or whole eggs)
• Frosting:
• 1- 6 oz strawberry yogurt
• 1- 8 oz cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake ingredients together and pour into greased 9 X 13 pan.

Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Cool.
Mix yogurt and cool whip together and frost.
Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.

Can use other flavors of yogurt.
