Ingredients
- 1 pkg. double choc. chip cookie dough
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 5 tbsp. enlgish toffee dessert blend (could probably crush bars fine to replace)
- 1 c. whipped topping
- 1/2 c. choc. toffee candy bar, chopped
- chocolate shavings

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. Press cookie dough into an 8" circle on a pizza pan. Bake 16-18 mins. or till light golden brown. In mixer, blend cream cheese, dessert blend, and whipped topping till smooth. Add toffee bits and spread mixture over cookie crust. Sprinkle rest of candy bar on top w/ chocolate shavings.
