Ingredients

  • Creamy Yogurt Sauce:
  • 4 whole chicken breasts, skinned & halved lengthwise
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dried onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 8 oz. plain yogurt (not vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup margarine (butter)
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seed
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • Can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed chicken soup
  • 8 oz plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce,
  • dash garlic powder
  • dash seasoned salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a pie plate, stir together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, onion, garlic powder, seasoned salt, oregano, thyme, and pepper.

Rinse chicken, pat dry. Coat chicken w/ yogurt & roll in crumb mixture.

Place chicken, meaty side up, in a lightly greased 15x10x1-inch pan. Drizzle butter on top. Sprinkle w/ sesame seeds.

Bake, uncovered, @ 375F for 45-55 minutes, or until tender.

Serve w/ Creamy Yogurt Sauce

Creamy Yogurt Sauce, combine ingredients in medium sauce pan over medium heat until desired temp.
