Ingredients
- 1 lb hot sausage
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 lb velveta
- 2 cans chopped green chilis, drained
- 2 loaves party rye bread
- Red & green bell pepper, for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Brown & drain meats. Melt cheese in microwave and add to cooked meat. Add chopped green chilis. Spread 1 Tbsp on each slice of party rye. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
