Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless hicken breasts-- NOT tenders
- Monterey jack cheese slices
- Jalapeno pepper slices
- Thin bacon
Preparation
Step 1
Beat chicken breasts until thin. Cut into 3/4" strips. Top with thin slice of cheese then a jalapeno slice. Roll up and roll thin slice of bacon around chicken. Spear with toothpick. Broil or grill until chicken & bacon are done. Top with additional cheese and heat until cheese melts (optional). Serve hot.
