Ingredients
- 12 large hard boiled eggs
- 1 blanched fresh asparagus, minced
- 1/2 c sun dried tomatoes, minced
- 1/2 celery, minced
- 1 T lemon pepper
- 1 T dried parsley
- 1 t kosher salt
- 1 t curry powder
- 1 T brown mustard
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 4 slices American cheese
- 8 slices Sourdough bread
- butter
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare egg salad.
Place bread brushed with butter on one side, butter side down in electric fry pan.
Brown, top with cheese tomato and generous portion of eff salad. Top with second piece of toasted bread
