Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) container hummus
  • 1 Tb. olive oil
  • 3 Tb. crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 Tb. pitted kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1 Tb. sun-dried tomatoes with herbs in oil, chopped
  • fresh lemon juice
  • Serve with: pita chips, bread, fresh vegetable dippers (such as sliced cucumbers, red bell pepper strips, carrot sticks

Preparation

Step 1

Drizzle hummus with olive oil. Top with feta cheese, olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over dip. Serve with pita chips, bread or fresh vegetable dippers.
