Chicken and Pork Adobo (Philippine Style)

Ingredients

  • 1 kg (2.2 lbs) chicken, cut in pieces
  • 1 kg (2.2 lbs) pork, cut in pieces
  • 1 head(!) garlic, pounded
  • 1 cup Del Monte vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • peppercorn to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken & pork in cooking pan. Add garlic, vinegar, water, soy sauce & seasonings. Cook until tender and thick broth forms.
