Peach Marquise with Chocolate Crust

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 25 chocolate wafers (~1 1/4 cups crumbs)
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (1-2 lemons)
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks
  • 4 peaches, all peeled, 2 diced, 2 sliced
  • 4 tsp sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and combine with chocolate crumbs. Press into 9x9 baking dish. Chill.
Beat sweetened condensed milk with lemon zest and lemon juice until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped cream and diced peaches. Pour over crust. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Sweeten remainder of peaches with sugar. Serve marquise with peach slices.
