Minty Melon Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Green Melon-- (in America, it's called Honeydew) - de-seeded and skinned
  • 3 pears, de-seeded and peeled
  • 2-3 drops of mint

Preparation

Step 1

Chop melon and pears into small pieces and place in blender. Add mint and blend fully. Place in container and freeze. You can also use and ice cream maker to keep from crystalizing.
