- 2 cups fresh diced mango
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin seed

In a small bowl, combine the mango, parsley, onion, lime juice, oil, salt and cumin. Set aside.
Good with chicken and lime and grilled fish.
