Ingredients
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 flounder fillets, about 6 ounces each
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 400 degree. Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Mix together mayonnaise and cheddar cheese. Place fillets in baking dish and fold in half. Evenly divide mayonnaise mixture over each and spread evenly.
3. Bake fillets at 400 degree for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
