Ingredients
- 1 and 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces strawberry cream cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Strawberry preserves

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and set aside.
Using a hand mixer combine cream cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs in a large bowl.
Slowly add dry ingredients and milk while continuing to mix. Spoon batter into greased muffin tin filling each cup about half full.
Add a tablespoon of preserves on top of each muffin.
Swirl preserves and batter using a sharp knife.
Bake for 25-30 minutes and allow to cool before devouring.
