Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup risotto
  • pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Bring all except vanilla to a gentle boil. Simmer 30-35 minutes until all milk is absorbed. Remove cinnamon stick and add vanilla. Let cool for a few minutes to thicken before serving.
