Ingredients

  • 2 2

    eggs beaten

  • 1 cup 1

    cup milk

  • 2 Tablespoons 2

    Tablespoons lemon juice

  • 3 cups 3

    cups crushed stuffing mix

  • 2 teaspoons 2

    teaspoons finely chopped onion

  • 1/4 teaspoon 1/4

    teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon 1/4

    teaspoon pepper

  • 2 cans 2

    cans (14-3/4 oz)each salmon drained,or fresh bones and skin removed

  • Dill Sauce ( or you can use ranch or dill dressing)

  • 2 Tablespoon 2

    Tablespoon butter

  • 2 Tablespoon 2

    Tablespoon flour

  • 1 teaspoon 1

    teaspoon snipped fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon dill weed

  • 1/4 teaspoon 1/4

    teaspoon salt

  • dash dash of pepper and nutmeg

  • 1-1/2 cups 1-1/2

    cups milk

Directions

In large bowl beat eggs, milk, lemon juice add crushed stuffing mix, onion ,salt and peppe. Add salmon and mix well. Shape into 12 3 inch patties. Place in a greased 15 in x 10 x1 in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min or until lightly browned Dressing melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, dill, salt and pepper and nutmeg until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to boil cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with the patties
