Ingredients
- 22 eggs beaten
- 1cup1 cup milk
- 2Tablespoons2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 3cups3 cups crushed stuffing mix
- 2teaspoons2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
- 1/4teaspoon1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4teaspoon1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2cans2 cans (14-3/4 oz)each salmon drained,or fresh bones and skin removed
- Dill Sauce ( or you can use ranch or dill dressing)
- 2Tablespoon2 Tablespoon butter
- 2Tablespoon2 Tablespoon flour
- 1teaspoon1 teaspoon snipped fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4teaspoon1/4 teaspoon salt
- dashdash of pepper and nutmeg
- 1-1/2cups1-1/2 cups milk

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl beat eggs, milk, lemon juice add crushed stuffing mix, onion ,salt and peppe. Add salmon and mix well.
Shape into 12 3 inch patties. Place in a greased 15 in x 10 x1 in baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min or until lightly browned
Dressing
melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, dill, salt and pepper and nutmeg until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to boil cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with the patties
