DAD'S HOLIDAY CHEESE BALLS

My Dad made these for friends every year at Christmas. I used to love to accompany him to deliver the Cheese Balls and a package of Captains Wafers to serve with the cheese ball. His friends looked forward to them each year!

Ingredients

• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 8 oz. port wine cheese
• 4 oz. Underwood deviled ham
• chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

At room temperature beat cream cheese, port wine cheese and deviled ham, sprinkling in a few chopped pecans. Shape into a bal about the size of a softball. Roll ball in chopped pecans and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until serving time. Serve with Captains Wafers or your favorite cracker.
