Ingredients
- 2 pounds unpeeled red onions
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. sweek smoked paprika
- Pince each of sugar and salt
Preparation
Step 1
Halve onions; toss in a large bowl with olive oil, paprika and pinches of salt and sugar. Place the onions cut-side down on a baking sheet; roast at 450 degrees until soft and browned, 30 minutes.
